Contact the Warranty Department through warranty@3rdeyecam.com for all warranty claims and potential returns.
Product Warranty/Return Guidelines:
- The typical warranty period for digital equipment is one year from installation or original date of purchase, whichever comes first.
- Troubleshooting, labor, travel, freight, misc. costs are not covered.
- 3rd Eye Team installed products shall carry a 90-day labor warranty from the original date of installation.
- Returns over 30 days from original purchase will be subject to a 30% restocking charge.
- Returns over 365 days are not eligible for return.
